Firm evolves into ‘thriving business’

ESTATE Agents Property Wise are ‘thriving’ after recently celebrating their first anniversary.

Directors Tony Weston and Lorna Gallagher said: ‘We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for the fantastic support we have received over the last 12 months and the fabulous testimonials which we are now boasting on our website.

The Onchan-based property company adds: ‘As we are all aware it is a very challenging market but with lots of hard work and a few sleepless nights we have achieved a number of sales and rentals over the last 12 months.’

The two directors said that since the launch of Property Wise at the end of February 2011 they have ‘received positive and constructive feedback regarding our website and especially our unique 3d floorplans.

‘We have listened to our clients and with a couple of little tweaks here and there we have evolved into a thriving business.

‘So much so, that even in these difficult times we have recently taken on additional experienced staff to ensure the smooth running of our very busy company’.

David Latta joined the team at the beginning of April. He is currently studying for the Diploma in Residential Estate Agency, the highest vocational qualification in the industry.

David has a number of years sales and lettings experience having worked for one of the leading estate agents in the island.

David’s wealth of experience and knowledge of the industry is invaluable and he will assist Lorna and Tony in all aspects of the business.

‘We have a very strong team of experienced sales negotiators covering the whole of the island together with the support of efficient focused administrators.

Tony and Lorna say they are planning for the future with lots of new ideas on top of their innovative 3d floorplans. Lorna said: ‘Tony and I are delighted with the success we have had during the first 12 months of our business and we have enjoyed every minute of it.

‘We must also say a very special thank you to our partners Emma and Nigel for their never ending support. So here’s to the next successful year ahead.’
