AN alleged assault took place in Prospect Hill in Douglas shortly before 11am today.
It happened in the area of Standard Bank near the junction of Circular Road and followed an argument in the street between two females and a male, said police.
They are appealing for any member of the public who may have witnessed the incident to get in touch. Anyone with information about the matter is asked to contact Constable Jenny Groves or any other officer at Lord Street Police Station.
