POLICE are investigating a serious assault that happened outside The Spar, Union Mills, around 10pm on Friday.
It involved a large group of young people and two males were assaulted sustaining serious injuries, say police.
Anyone who witnessed the incident is asked to contact Detective Constable Emily Butler at Douglas police headquarters on 631212.
