CABLE and Wireless Communications – which runs the Isle of Man’s Sure mobile phone service - is considering a move to sell its ‘islands’ business.
The Financial Times has reported that CWC has had an offer from the Bahrain Telecommunications Company.
CWC told the FT that ‘a further announcement will be made, if appropriate, in due course’.
CWC’s islands business operates in the Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Monaco, the Maldives, Seychelles and the Falkland Islands.
