Manx Stars In Their Eyes is back this Saturday (November 16) at the Villa Marina in Douglas.
It’s the 12th running of the popular talent competition that started back in 2000 and to date has raised more than £183,000 for local charities.
This year the Stars team has chosen to support Craig’s Heartstrong Foundation set up to raise money for heart screening, as well as the Manx Concert Brass/Manx Youth Band as they both continue to provide the island’s children with free musical tuition.
Last year’s winner, Alexandra Slater, will open the show with her performance as Charlotte Church.
This year’s talented singers will perform to a packed Royal Hall and to the independent judges whose decision will be final. There will be an auction, raffle and one lucky member of the audience will walk away with £1,000 in cash with the ‘star ticket’ competition.
