One of the main attractions at the open day will be birds of prey from the Curraghs Wildlife Park.

Stalls already booked for include decorated cakes, Usbourne books, Avon, a bric a brac, and children’s clothing.
Rachel Staley, head of early years and playwork at The Children’s Centre, said: ‘The open day will be fun for all the family, but it’s also a chance to promote what we do at our three nurseries in Douglas, and at our After-School and Holiday Club. It’s an ideal opportunity for parents with children looking to start in September to come along and have a look at our facilities, meet the staff, take a brochure and to book their children in and arrange trial inductions while places are still available.’
