A thief raided a number of sheds in Hazel Crescent, Pulrose, overnight on Tuesday.
Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
Officers are urging the residents to take precautions to prevent these thefts from continuing by making sure that all outbuildings are secured properly and that no valuables are left insecure outside.
