CELTON Manx has become a corporate member of Douglas Development Partnership.
Bill Mummery, the company’s executive director, said: ‘Celton Manx shares Douglas Development Partnership’s wish to see Douglas become a more vibrant town centre with a flourishing retail sector and the power to attract new businesses and greater numbers of visitors.
