KIRK McCarthy has been appointed head of international business development at Duncan Lawrie Private Banking.
Kirk is a career banker based in the Isle of Man.
He held numerous senior appointments at branch and regional level, before heading Barclays corporate banking business development team in the island.
After leaving Barclays, Kirk worked as a consultant, and is currently a non-executive director of four IoM managed investment funds.
Kirk said: ‘Duncan Lawrie has significant expansion plans, and I am truly excited to be joining at this time. The international connections I have made over the years will offer a fantastic opportunity to spread the word about Duncan Lawrie - which must surely be one of the best kept secrets in private banking’.
