Port St Mary lifeboat day will be held on Sunday, with an afternoon of entertainment on Alfred Pier.
Gates open at 12.30pm and Geoff Corkish MLC will welcome the public.
The afternoon includes a fancy dress competition – the theme is World War One army, navy or air force attire – plus a lifeboat princess competition and a treasure trail.
There will be stalls, a barbecue, ice cream, Rushen Silver Band, Rushen Twirlers, Manx dancing, ceroc dancing, a grand draw, face painting, model boats and kayaking.
Four lifeboats will be present, some giving demonstrations, as well as the coastguard and a fire engine.
