IT’S Mad Sunday in the Isle of Man today and bikers and drivers alike are being urged to take care on the Mountain Course and all other routes.
The Mountain Road was closed earlier this morning due to poor weather conditions on higher ground.
However, the route re-opened just before 10am, with police thanking motorists for their co-operation and patience.
The Isle of Man Constabulary will be issuing messages regarding the status of the Mountain Road and other live incidents around the island via their Twitter and Facebook pages throughout the day.
