Two plays will be performed again after their success at the recent Manx Amateur Dramatics Federation’s one act festival.

Preposterous Theatre is staging Marry Me, an original play by Shawn Sturnick, who lives in Andreas, and Rushen Players are presenting The Lover by Harold Pinter.

Tickets cost £9. The plays will be performed at the Erin Arts Centre, Port Erin, on Thursday, March 27, at 7.30pm.

Marry Me is a new comedy about an unusual marriage proposal.

The Lover is a classic Pinter where all is not as it seems when a couple spice up their marriage with games.

Actors in both plays were among the nominations for best actor and best actress in the MADF Festival.
