Ben-my-Chree to leave earlier than usual tonight.

UPDATED STORY: This evening’s Ben-my-Chree sailing will leave Douglas earlier than usual.

The Steam Packet has made the decision because of ‘tidal and weather conditions’.

The vessel usually leaves for Heysham at 7.45pm. Tonight’s will leave at 7pm.

Passengers should check in no later than 6.30pm.

There is a potential disruption to tomorrow’s 8.45am sailing from Douglas, due to the forecast weather conditions.

At the moment, the Steam Packet is asking passengers to check in as normal.

A further update will be issued at 7am tomorrow.
