CES Isle of Man’s parts advisors, Steph Clarke and Steve Bolton are celebrating their resent success at becoming ATA accredited.
The Automotive Technician Accreditation (ATA) is considered a benchmark qualification within the automotive parts distribution industry.
Within an increasingly specialised role, it’s designed to identify parts advisors that display the highest levels of skill and knowledge.
CES Isle of Man’s owners, Michael Jones and Brian Halsall presented the awards.
Both Michael and Brian commented: ‘Being an Isle of Man business, we are very proud of Steve and Steph for what they have achieved.
‘Our main priority has always been to our customers and this accreditation further confirms our commitment to providing customers with the highest level of technical expertise and professional standards.’
CES Isle of Man is the largest car parts supplier and distributor in the island.
Established in 2008, the company has gone from strength to strength and leads the way in the supply of the highest quality parts and consumables for both car and light commercial vehicles.
Michael added: ‘To further enhance our expertise CES Isle of Man are investing heavily this year in our IT systems. Whilst we already have an unrivalled parts cataloguing system, the upgrade will further ensure that parts and pricing are accurate and competitive.
‘Picking the right part first time is vital to our customers.
‘Staff training also continues to be a priority, not only with the ATA accreditation but also with ‘CPD’ (Corporate Personal Development), a social enterprise of the Isle of Man Children’s Centre.
‘Training on telesales skills and team building have already been completed and further training in leadership and management will take place in March.
‘We intend to continue to maintain our market leadership as a comprehensive parts supplier and distributor in the island.’
