Kerry Smith has been appointed senior manager – projects analyst at Boston Limited, a leading fiduciary, family office and professional services group.
The newly created role is designed to allow Boston to expand upon its analytical capacities.
‘And it positions the firm well in order to respond to tax and regulatory issues likely to affect its international portfolio of clients managed from offices in both the Isle of Man and Malta.
Kerry will also fulfil a company secretary role and is responsible for leading projects on tax compliance and reporting, monitoring risk, and delivering FATCA compliant services and solutions.
Kerry said: ‘I am enthused and excited by the opportunity to join Boston Limited at a time when it continues to expand and develop.
