A new pram-friendly exercise scheme has started in Douglas.
Run by Manx Sport and Recreation, the aim of Wheelie Active is to get new parents back out and about, through weekly group sessions along Douglas promenade.
Every Thursday between 9.30 and 11am parents, prams and babies will set off from the Villa Marina reception, and cover distances ranging from 1.5 to three miles at their own pace, working towards milestones of 10, 20 and 100 miles.
Each session costs £2, and is followed by tea and coffee served in the Villa Marina children’s play area.
Organiser Gianni Epifani said it was also a chance for new parents to meet and socialise, including grandparents.
