Mixed and female only No Strings Badminton sessions aimed at players of all ages and abilities are back.
The mixed sessions will take place at the National Sports Centre’s secondary sports hall from 9am to 11am starting from Saturday, July 27.
They will run weekly until August 31.
Meanwhile the female only sessions will take place from 7pm to 8pm from Monday, July 29 to August 26.
Badminton development officer Andrew Whiting said: ‘The sessions are an excellent opportunity to get useful hints and tops as well as meeting new people.
‘Sessions are designed for participants just to turn up and play badminton with others.
‘There will also be qualified coaches on hand to answer any questions.’
The mixed sessions cost £3 while the female only sessions cost £2, and there is no need to book.
