A woman was attacked in the early hours of yesterday (Sunday) morning.
Around 2am on Sunday a female was assaulted by a male while walking in the area of the Villa Marina complex in Douglas.
The victim sustained swelling to her face as a result of the attack.
Police are requesting for anyone who saw the assault take place or who may have any information to contact Douglas police headquarters on 631212.
