The Snaefell Mountain Railway will start its 2013 service on Saturday (May 4).
Departures from Laxey are every half hour from 10.15am to3.45pm, stopping at the Bungalow on the way. Laxey is accessible from Douglas by the Manx Electric Railway and a full fare adult return journey to the summit will cost the same as last year, £12, or £6 if you have a Rail Card and free with a Residents’ Ticket.
