Return of Manannan fast craft

Manannan returns to service on Friday (March 22) as the Isle of Man Steam Packet Company launches its spring fast craft schedule.

Her first sailing of the season will be the 7.30am to Liverpool, with a return sailing at 11.15am.

Manannan will primarily service the Liverpool, Belfast and Dublin routes through to the end of the season on November 3, with one or two return sailings to Liverpool every day.

The vessel arrived back in Manx waters last week from dry dock in Birkenhead, where she has undergone annual maintenance.

A period of sea trials will take place ahead of her first scheduled sailing.

Manannan will be serving passengers on the popular Round-the-Island cruise, which is scheduled for Sunday, April 7.

Tickets are now on sale and a £5 discount is being offered on all bookings made before March 31.

Manannan will depart Douglas at 11am for a cruise of around two hours, allowing passengers the opportunity to soak up the spectacular Manx coastline.

Tickets are priced at £18 for adults and £12 for children, if booked before March 3t, and £23 for adults and £17 for children if booked after this date.
