The search for missing teenager Josh Caley has been called off.
The 19-year-old went missing on New Year’s Day.
Police fear that he was drowned after footage of a man falling into Ramsey harbour in the early hours of New Year’s Day was captured by CCTV.
Writing on Facebook, his mother Joy said: ‘The authorities have decided to call off the search for my son, Josh.
‘They have done all they could for time being, and Josh may no longer be in the island, or may later come back with the tide.
‘Philip and I are appealing to dog walkers, fishermen and others to continue looking out for him.’
