Officers from Douglas are investigating a ‘verbal altercation’ between a man in a silver Nissan Note and a woman in a caramel coloured Honda, which occurred on Prospect Hill, Douglas, at about 12.45pm on Friday.
Police say that there would have been a number of pedestrians in the area at the time. Witnesses should ring police on 631212.
