A new Manx cookery book showcasing the finest island recipes will be hitting shelves next week.
‘The Island Kitchen’ includes various recipes using Manx produce from the Isle of Man’s best chefs and restaurants and also provides an insight into the agriculture and fishing industry in the island.
Miles Cowsill, managing director at Lily Publications who is publishing the book, said: ‘This book fills a gap in the book world for the Isle of Man and showcases the excellent produce and cuisine available to Manx residents.’
