Progress is imminent on redeveloping the Bay Queen Hotel site in Port St Mary.
Hartford Homes’ website said the site has: ‘Luxury apartments with stunning views of Port St Mary and Gansey bay. Status: in planning.’
An application is being drawn up, confirmed managing director James Greenhalgh, who added there will be more news in the coming months.
